Corvidae Co-op
Corvidae Co-op is forested courtyard community perched on a hillside in the Columbia City / Beacon Hill neighborhood of Seattle. Designed by Allied8 Architects, it is a new cooperative housing community within walking distance of the Mount Baker light rail station and the Cheasty Greenbelt.

Marra Commons
Marra Commons, designed by Hybrid Architecture, is located on a tree-filled lot directly adjacent to Marra-Desimone Park - which hosts one of the largest urban farms in Seattle. The site was purchased by our partners at Hybrid and the project is currently in the schematic design phase.

Beacon Hill Co-op
Beacon Hill Co-op is a community house in Seattle for three families, designed by Ten Penny to preserve the existing house on site and its use as a neighborhood gathering space. Frolic helped residents create a financial and ownership structure that allows people with different resources to work and co-own together.
