
Corvidae Co-op
Corvidae Co-op is forested courtyard community perched on a hillside in the Columbia City / Beacon Hill neighborhood of Seattle. Designed by Allied8 Architects, it is a new cooperative housing community within walking distance of the Mount Baker light rail station and the Cheasty Greenbelt.


Architecture & Living
In addition to their private units, residents enjoy 1,500 SF of shared space including communal kitchens, dining areas, and a guest suite for visitors. Large windows and doors from the common spaces create a natural flow to the outdoor garden patio, perfect for entertaining and having communal meals. The community is perched on a hill in front of the Cheasty Green Belt, with miles of hiking trails and a continous park system connected to Jefferson Park in Beacon Hill.
